I got my January Vellvette box after a lot of drama , i placed my order on 2nd January and my order got finalized somewhere around end of January.
Reason ?? glitch in the payment gateway and the payment got debited from my account , Vellvette screw were always their to resolve the matter but it was really annoying.
I provide them the payment ID as well as showed them my passbook entry. pheww..
