Healthy Sprout Salad Recipe

Hi all,
Ready with another new post, Healthy Sprout Salad …. Now a days kids are so fussy …always want something different to eat … so I want to share a recipe with you which is old but in new form (old wine in new bottle)
Healthy sprout salad……..
  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  •  1 pod of garlic (crushed)
  •  ½ capsicum (chopped)
  •  ½ carrot (chopped)
  •  2 tbsp. coriander (chopped)
  •  Salt and pepper taste
  •  ¼ tsp. ajinomotto ( optional)
  • ½ lemon juice 

  • Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a kadai. Add crushed garlic and onion in it.
  • Fry till onions become pink in color.
  •  Add chopped capsicum and carrot ( I didn’t put in this recipe ….you can add it will give the flavor like fried rice )
  •  Cook on low flame for 5 mins till carrot becomes soft.
  • Add sprouts, salt, pepper and ajinomottoin it, mix well ….cover and cook for 10 mins till sprouts become soft.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice before serving….
  • Kids as well as adults will also enjoy this recipe….
